What to expect  - Your visit to Ideal Posture

Each treatment begins with a thorough postural evaluation where measurements that show the position of the body are taken and recorded on your chart. By analyzing these measurements, understanding your symptoms and learning the story of how your pain has developed, a treatment plan can be created that will help your therapist address the specific structures in your body that can be causing your problem.

Based on your postural analysts, symptoms and goals, we will create an individualized treatment plan that will try to address your pain in the most efficient way possible. If you have any diagnostic imaging or reports from your doctor, bring them with you to the appointment and we will review that information, too.  Therapy sessions usually consist of massage techniques, stretching and movement.  All of which, are aimed at reeducating your nervous system for better alignment and better function.  Some techniques can seem intense at times.  However, the intensity level of the treatment will remain within your tolerance level.

The goal is to get you out of pain and back to living your life to the fullest in as little time as possible.
